if you are between the ages of 14 and 25 years you can be tested and treated. Tests are free of charge, confidential and simple!
Call in to the surgery to collect your testing kit. The kits are available from the patient toilet to ensure confidentiality. Pink kits for girls, blue for boys.
DO YOU WORK FULL TIME AND FIND IT DIFFICULT TO MAKE A ROUTINE APPOINTMENT TO SEE A GP?
ARE YOU IN FULL TIME EDUCATION AND CAN'T GET TO THE SURGERY BEFORE WE CLOSE AT 6.30 PM?
CAN YOUR CARER NOT GET YOU TO THE SURGERY UNTIL THE EVENING?
The Farmhouse Surgery now offers routine appointments between 6.30 and 8 pm one evening a week and one Saturday morning a month between 8.30 and 10.30 am for those patients that are unable to attend between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Friday, due to daytime commitments.
*please note that this is not an emergency surgery.The phone lines will not be manned during this time, nor can prescriptions be collected or results given. These appointments are available to any patient unable to attend for a routine appointment during the normal surgery times .
PLEASE SPEAK TO THE RECEPTIONIST IF YOU NEED AN EVENING OR SATURDAY MORNING APPOINTMENT.
DO YOU NEED A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION?
In every week we process approximately 900 repeat prescriptions.
All prescriptions should be ready for you within 2 working days.
We do our best to help if you have run out of tablets, but please help us to help you by not leaving a request until the last minute.
If you leave your request with your pharmacy please allow up to 4 days.
